Do you believe Hell is a fiery place of torture or simply the grave?

I believe there are different levels of Hell just like there are different levels of Heaven. The fiery part is left for those who have been evil on Earth. The part where the people who chose not to believe in Christ is just dark and lonely. I could be wrong, I'm not a bible scholar on this and it is not the part of the bible I chose to study because it doesn't matter to me since I, by the grace of God, will go to Heaven.
