Winter hiking trails in Southeastern PA...?

I am looking for a good challenging one day hiking trail trail in Southeastern PA to complete in winter. I don't mid steep terrain or stream crossings as long as there is something there to cross. I am by Valley Forge but am not opposed to driving a short distance to find a good trail. Perhaps the Poconos? Has anyone done the Horshoe Trail by Valley Forge? Any good? Also if you know of any websites or books let me know. Thanks?
