Is Yahoo ever going to work smoothly again?

I'm am so sick and tired of the jerky, slow, irritating way Yahoo mail, my yahoo, 360 all of it works now. It is slower than the dial up I used to have. This is going on 6 months now. Is it ever going to be the smooth, quick, clean running Yahoo that it used to be or should we find another site after all these years?
