How to fend an unethical and obscene personal attack in office?

I work in Public sector Bank in a branch situated in rural area.I am facing a peculiar situation in my office.Before some days,my elder sister took divorce from her husband due to their own problem and still they are trying to come to a negotiation and understanding.Somehow my Manager and another colleague got inkling of that and throwing many direct and indirect filthy comments regarding my sister's character and torturing me mentally .This things are increasing day to day and I am being unable to devote my full attention to my work and getting depressed.What should I do?Should I approach my superiors first?Or I should seek help from National human rights commission or National commission for women?Please guide me.
