Is taking chaste tree (vitex angus cactus) ok if trying to become pregnant?

I've heard it works too but you need to take it for 12 weeks or something to see its full results. I tried it for 10 weeks and noticed no change... prenatals and b6 with clomis should be sufficient. I'm on clomid and have irregular periods too. I've heard miracles about it. Its a powerful hormone tho so don't mix too many remedies together at once. Good luck
