Norman Oklahoma schools, good or bad?

i live in Shawnee OK right now, the schools are terrible here, a lot of fights and getting into high school alot of weed smoking and teen drinking and pregnancy. i was considering moving to Norman, just cuz i like it better, but i would really like to know about the schools. do any of you all have kids that go to the pre schools or elementary schools? if so please tell me about yours/ your child's experience
