Search and Seizure Questions?

Yes the seizure was legal the police does have the right to stop someone/question anyone and as far as the search yes that was also lawful because they have to make sure that person is not sitting in the car planing to commit a crime so just by him sitting there in the car would raise a question...which would then make it legal to check the car out.It seems legal to me
