Should I have weight loss surgery and which one?

it wont be easy I don't think you can get gastric band surgery on the n.h.s.( not big enough)& it wont be easy if you go private have you tried weight watchers they have a good success rate I was 16st.& got down to 10st & it was the easiest diet I have ever done & I tried many.Hope it helps good luck.
