Small bump on leg popped. now there is a hole! can anyone help?

the other day i noticed a small bump on my inner thigh that didnt hurt, and didnt really feel like there was anything in it. well i squeezed it today and a (sorry this is gross) but a small chunk came out. light pinkish in color. almost like raw chicken. squishy. not like a pimple. very soft. maybe the size of a thumbtack. i almost had a panic attack when i saw it. i pulled it out and now i have a huge hole in my leg and it bled a lot for a while. i am really scared!!!! can anyone help!?
