What does this mean, I'm in community college but it's talking about a baccalaureate degree?

The community college probably has at least one sister school that is a 4 year college/university. They probably offer the cles and clinical opportunities necessary to earn a nursing degree from one of those 4 year schools. Our local community college offers the cles on campus and at the CC rate, but the credits all transfer into the 4 year college's system, so they can earn their bachelors without ever leaving the community college campus.
