Who are some important figures who support the idea that mental abilities have specific biological locations?

As part of a school ignment, I'm writing a paper on the localization of function in the brain--and I need to write it from the perspective of someone who agrees that mental abilities (and perhaps personality traits) have specific biological locations. So far, I have Broca, Gall, and Gazziniga who agree, and Flourens who disagrees. Any help appreciated! :)
