How to fatten up my Mastiff?

I have a 7 month old Neo Mastiff, and she is thin I say, She eats Nutro puppy large breed and Also Can of Scientific mixed. 2 Times a day, however sometimes she don�t even finish the hole meal. I have no idea why? I would like to keep fidding her this type of food... but I am open to suggestions.
