I met this guy and after days of texting, he asked me out for a lunch date.is he still interested with me?

we met since we are just neighbors (like our house is at the back of theirs). I've been living in the neighborhood for 15 years now and it's only then we met each other since he just came home from another city where he finished his marketing degree. Now he stays with his family and They own a store and when i loaded my cellphone, i had to give him my number since he was the tender that time.When i got him someone texted me and he said that it was him, the storetender...everything was okay we were like texting each other for days-it seemed like he was fancying me telling me he wants to go out on date with me, like i'm cute. but he is two years younger than me. There isn't much problem with that. he took me out for a lunch date, drove me in his cool car to their farm and to their family business on the countryside.He even made some statements like he's going to take me out on a frisbee game one of these days, and still asks for a nice place where we could hang out next time. This happened two days ago, and i was even absent on my job. On the same night he told me that he'd be out of town for a couple of days since he takes care of their family business. But yesterday and today eventhough he texted me first, it seemed like he is so busy and things are like cold but we still texted each other. I mean it's like i want to see him again but i don't want to appear clingy at this stage getting to know each one of us.... is he still interested with me?should i wait for him to initiate the next date or i'll show my interest for him right away?thanks for your answers...
