I need help?

I have never had a job, I have been overweight my whole life and i got a gastric byp 8 months ago and i am at the level where i can work. My whole life i have been told that college is "NECESSARY", that you "HAVE" to go after high school, but i know that my parents only say this to me because they didn't go(I'm first generation in this country). i suffer from n abnormal amount of headaches and i know why: I THINK TO DAMN MUCH. One day i want to be a psychiatrist, the next day i want to be a cop because i don't want to go to school for the next 10 years...and now i want to be a game designer. i cant make up my mind. My hobbies are video games. i do some reading on the side but the only subject that peeks my interest is Greek mythology. i also can also yze myself. i can get good at anything within a short period of time. i also have private philosophies on life in my head but i don't write them down. I'm even running out of space to type this. i would like some advice from someone
