Just curious..but is this possible?

I'm pretty in tune with what is happening in my own body. I know when I ovulate because it is usually accompanied with a minor bit of pain. Well the day prior to my most recent ovulation, my husband and I did the deed (unprotected). Since this afternoon, I've been feeling very odd in my abdomen. I've been having little twinges of pain in the area of my uterus. Since I've ovulated and I know sperm can live up to five days in the lady, what could be the earliest I could take a test?
